The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) has announced a key relocation effective immediately. In a notification dated February 25, 2025 (F. No. P-24017/56/2024-IPR-I), the Central Government superseding the notification from November 25, 1959, has moved the headquarters of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM) along with its Establishment and Finance Division to New Delhi.
